Sometimes we think of strength as "muscles" - as in I go to the gym three times a week. Sometimes we think of strength as how far/long we can walk. Sometimes we should think of strength as "look how far you've come"! When I started going to the gym my goal was to be able to stand up from (and SIT down - as opposed to "fall into") a chair. I can now! I was even able to get OUT of my grandson's mini Cooper!! So......what strength goal have you reached? What goals are you accomplishing? Something to think about.......
