free time?

When do you get "free" time?  I'm finding that even though I'm "retired" I still have to schedule it.  I also have to schedule what, if anything, I plan to do during said "free" time.  It can be an interesting challenge!  So.......  What do you do?  Are you making sure to have some time for YOU?  As you have probably figured out......  I quilt.  I also TRY to have my praise music going while I quilt.  And.... maybe... some chocolate........​
