Waiting, and watching, for God's presence, strength and guidance through the changes and challenges happening all around us.  Thankfully we know God keeps God's promises - God IS with us.  Words of encouragement: "fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God' I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."  (Isaiah 41:10 ESV)

Thinking about ways to teach, share, encourage each other with how God guides.  Thinking about ways we can "share" so we ARE encouraging.  Words of encouragement: "Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart."  (Psalm 51:6 ESV)  Something to think about...........​

Music Monday was a little difficult because of all the favorite hymns yesterday.  So many memories it is hard to pick which one to go with.  This memory is also a reminder of Emmanuel - God IS with us.  The hymn "My Hope is Built" has this for the refrain: "On Christ, the solid Rock, I Stand; All other ground is sinking sand; All other ground is sinking sand."

Sunday, Sabbath - a day to celebrate God's loving presence and guidance.  Going to worship, or worshiping online, is a wonderful way to learn, grow and strengthen our relationship with God.  It is also a way to have fellowship and encourage others.  Something to think about.....​

Sharing God's strength by encouraging others helps us remember God's peace AND grow our own strength.  Each of us needs to do this in our own way starting with feeling God's presence and peace.  Words of encouragement: "Rise up, O Lord, in all your power.  With music and singing we celebrate your mighty acts."  (Psalm 21:13 NLT)

Free time happens, sometimes, because it is actually scheduled. Some times it "just" falls onto the schedule.  Either way it is a time to visit with friends, have some food (maybe?) and fellowship.  It is a wonderful time, and way, to share God's loving presence and encourage each other.  Something to think about......

Wonders - all of God's wonders help strengthen us so we can encourage each other. The heavens helps us to see God's wonders all around us.  AND one of God's wonders is humor.  Sometimes we just need to laugh.  Something to think about.........
